To claim status as an I corporation you must adopt the latest version of the I corporation model and notify us or get a modified version approved in writing by icorporation.org so that you are certified. The idea here being that if people seek out to work for an I corporation they can have faith in the ethical principles behind the design; icorporation.org will never profit off of this.
